What is it?

A card that provides discounts on a range of facilities at the new Deanery CE Academy in addition to offers and prizes from other Wichelstowe businesses.

Who is it for?

Anyone who lives, works, goes to school or volunteers in Wichelstowe.

What are the benefits?

• 5% off hot drinks in the Cornerstone Café

• Entry into a draw 4 times a year to win prizes provided by Wichelstowe businesses

• Until 11th December 2019 the following offers will be available at Hall and Woodhouse.

• Monday to Wednesday buy a burger or pie with a glass of wine or beer for £15

• Monday to Saturday 15% off breakfast

• All week 2 cocktails for £12

How much does it cost?

It’s free! However, if you are the parent of a child who goes to school in Wichelstowe you do not live, work, or volunteer there yourself you may purchase a card for £3. If you lose your card there is a fee of £3 to issue a new one.

When does it start?

1st July 2019.

How long does it last?

This will be a pilot for a year. Ending on 30th June 2020. If it’s a success the scheme will be extended.

How do I get a card?

Download the application form or pick up a copy at one of the card issue days. Details of the dates, times and locations where cards can be collected will be posted on this website, the Deanery websites and social media once arrangements have been finalised. You will need to fill in the application form and bring it with you along with proof of eligibility. This can be a utility bill for residents, a work badge for employees and your acceptance postcard from the Deanery CE Academy or the name of your class teacher at East Wichel Primary School for pupils.

If you have an East Wichel address application forms can be posted in the postbox at the Development Management Office (opposite the Waitrose Service Yard on Mill Lane) and your card will be delivered to you.

Application forms can also be dropped off at the Deanery CE Academy reception.
