The Design Pages include details of the existing design documents and will be updated with details of new design documents as they are brought forward for consultation.

The East Wichel Design Code Pages include details of the Design Codes which set the layout and design standards for the development in East Wichel.

The Middle and West Wichel Pages will include details of the proposed layout and design standards for the next phases of development. Further details will be provided on these pages when the Design Codes for Middle and West Wichel are issued for consultation in early 2012.

The Green Spaces Pages include details of the green spaces surrounding East Wichel and to the south of the M4.

The Masterplan Page shows the outline plan for the whole Wichelstowe development.
