It is the intention that the Wichelstowe development will contribute to sustainable transport and encourage use of public services. This policy is reflected in parking arrangements for private cars at Wichelstowe.
East Wichel operates Restricted Parking Zones and on street parking will generally not be allowed. Instead, in addition to designated private parking for dwellings, visitors’ parking bays will be provided at appropriate locations across the development.
Residents and prospective purchasers are asked to recognise the effect of this policy on levels of parking availability.
