Live life as you’ve always wanted.

Wichelstowe is located to the south of Swindon, close enough to the town centre and the Old Town to walk or cycle to the shops and restaurants. It’s under three miles to the station, which offers frequent trains to London Paddington, Bath and Bristol and provides quick access to the M4. With easy commutes, there’s more time to live life as you’ve always wanted.

Development in East Wichel started in 2008 and is now almost complete. Work is now underway at Canalside which will include the District Centre and the first houses in the central area of the site.

By redefining both the housing offer in Swindon, and the standard approach to building new neighbourhoods, Wichelstowe will deliver a distinctive yet diverse place, stylish and bursting with character.
